Oakland Park is a new up and coming game processing plant and deer conservation reserve. Our company deal with different aspects of the game industry.

The owners of Oakland Park have over 50 years experience within the deer industry, especially in conservation and deer management.

We specialize in selling frozen and fresh game to Wholesalers, who in turn serve the catering and retail trades.
Our team are certified in Food and Hygiene for Manufacturing of Wild Game Meat Hygiene; having got commission approval for Safe And Local Supplier Approval, SALSA, as well as fully approved by Food Standard Agency, FSA.
We are trade members of the The British Deer Society, National Gamekeepers Organisation and British Association for Shooting and Conservation.
All our game is locally sourced.
All hunters are registered with us to ensure that they conform to our strict requirements and principles as well as those of our customers.
