At Oakland Park, we aim to provide only the best quality game. We can supply whole carcasses, haunches, saddle, shoulders, dices meant, trim, and stock bones for each species. For example, we offer muntjac haunches (on the bone, butterfly, diced, boned and rolled), muntjac saddles (on the bone, dragonfly, shoulders, or whole fillets), and similar cuts for oter speicies of deer. We can also supply all game birds in season and have a gourmet range of sausages, burgers and koftas. We feel our vast product range caters to all requirements but any special requests or something you dont see, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

We are certified by the FSA and have also applied to SALSA and awaiting their approval.
